Come watch the City of Sacramento Pipe Band compete in the Grade IV band competition at the NorCal Celtic Festival — a two-day celebration of Scottish and Celtic culture at the Yolo County Fairgrounds in Woodland, CA. The festival features live music, Highland dancing, heavy athletics, piping and drumming, a beer garden, and more.
